§ 18A:71-36 — Financial resources of applicant; rules and regulations.
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
In awarding opportunity grants pursuant to this act, the board shall take into account the financial resources available to the applicant to meet the cost of his higher education and the tuition, fees and living expenses at the institution of higher education which the applicant is attending or to which he has been admitted. Opportunity grants awarded pursuant to this act shall be paid to recipients by the State Treasurer in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the board. L.1968,c.142,s.9.
