§ 18A:66-95 — Employees may organize pension fund
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The employees of boards of education in school districts in counties of the first class may associate themselves as a corporation for the purpose of providing and obtaining a fund for their retirement upon pension. L.1967, c.271.
