§ 18A:66-64 — False statements to defraud, misdemeanors

A person who knowingly makes a false statement, or falsifies or permits to be falsified any record of the retirement system, in an attempt to defraud the system as a result of such act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1967, c.271.
