§ 18A:66-59 — Annual reports
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The retirement system shall publish annually a report showing a valuation of the assets and liabilities of the funds created by this article, certifying as to the accumulated cash and securities of the funds and stating other facts pertaining to the system. The board shall submit the report to the Governor and furnish a copy to every employer for use of the members and the public. L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1971, c. 121, s. 32, eff. April 29, 1971.
