Text
No member who enrolls on or after July 1, 1971 for the additional death benefit coverage provided by section 18A:66-53 shall be eligible for the benefits described in subsections f. and g. of the said section if such member retires with less than 10 years of participation in the program. L.1971, c. 121, s. 41, eff. April 29, 1971.
