§ 18A:66-52 — Veterans not covered under R.S. 43:4-1.3
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
No veteran eligible for membership in the teachers' pension and annuity fund shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under sections 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3 of the Revised Statutes. L.1967, c.271.
