§ 18A:66-125 — Perjury to obtain pension
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Any person who shall willfully or knowingly swear falsely in any oath for the purpose of obtaining or procuring any pension or the payment thereof, under the provisions of this article, shall be deemed guilty of perjury. L.1967, c.271.
