§ 18A:66-118 — Purchase of group life insurance policies for death benefits
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The county superintendent of schools is hereby authorized and permitted to purchase from one or more life insurance companies, a policy or policies of group life insurance to provide for the noncontributory death benefit and the contributory death benefit as provided in section 18A:66-117. L.1967, c.271.
