§ 18A:66-115 — Payment of pensions in semimonthly installments
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
All pensions paid by a pension fund established under article 16 of chapter 5, Title 18 of the Revised Statutes or this article, shall be paid in equal semimonthly installments and shall not be decreased, revoked or repealed, except as otherwise provided in this article. L.1967, c.271.
