§ 18A:64L-2 — Appointment, compensation of director
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
2.The CPTAS shall be headed by a director to be appointed by the President of the Stevens Institute of Technology, after consultation with the governing bodies of the counties and municipalities in the coastal area of the State. The director shall receive such compensation as shall be determined by the President of the Stevens Institute of Technology. L.1993,c.176,s.2.
