§ 18A:64A-78 — Adoption of act; resolution
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
This act shall become operative only after acceptance and adoption by the board of trustees of the private institution, which shall be by resolution which shall: a. Impress the property and funds remaining under the board of governors with a public trust for the use and benefit of the higher education of the citizens of the county; and b. Effectuate the changes in the bylaws of the private institution which are necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.1982, c. 42, s. 29, eff. July 1, 1982.
