18A:64A-11. The board of trustees shall be a body corporate and shall be known as the "board of trustees of ........" (here insert the name of the county college). The board of trustees shall have custody of and be responsible for the property of the college and shall be responsible for the management and control of said college. The board shall make an annual report to the Commission on Higher Education and to the board of chosen freeholders of each participating county. L.1967, c.271; amended 1994,c.48,s.127.
