Text
This act shall not impair, annul or affect any vested rights, grants, charter rights, privileges, exemptions, immunities, powers, prerogatives, franchises or advantages heretofore obtained or enjoyed by the college or any constituent unit thereof, under authority of its charter or any act of this State or county or under any grant, deed, conveyance, transfer, lease, estate, remainder, expectancy, trust, gift, donation, legacy, devise, endowment or fund, all of which are ratified and confirmed except insofar as the same may have expired or have been repealed or altered or may be inconsistent with this act. L.1982, c. 42, s. 25, eff. July 1, 1982.
