§ 18A:64A-63 — County coordinating agencies; abolishment
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Any county coordinating agency for higher education in a county which establishes a county college pursuant to this act shall be abolished by the board of freeholders within 30 days of the approval of the county college by the State Board of Higher Education. L.1982, c. 42, s. 14, eff. July 1, 1982.
