§ 18A:64A-62 — Board of trustees; laws conferring powers and duties
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Wherever in any law there is reference to a board of trustees either in conferring powers, rights or responsibilities, the same shall refer to the board of trustees of the college. L.1982, c. 42, s. 13, eff. July 1, 1982.
