8.The board of trustees shall have general supervision over and be vested with the conduct of the college. It shall have the authority and responsibility to: a. Adopt and use a corporate seal; b. Sue or be sued; c. Determine the educational curriculum and program of the college; d. With the advice and consent of the board of governors, upon expiration of the term of the current president of the private institution, appoint and fix the compensation and term of office of a president of the college, who shall be the executive officer of the college; e. Appoint, upon nomination of the president, members of the administrative and teaching staff and fix their compensation and terms of employment, subject to the provisions of general law; f. Employ other officers, agents and employees, as may be
