§ 18A:64A-56 — Governing body; allocation of powers between boards of trustees and governors
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The governance, control, conduct, management and administration of the college shall be vested in and allocated between the board of trustees and the board of governors, pursuant to this act. L.1982, c. 42, s. 7, eff. July 1, 1982.
