Text
The board of trustees of any private institution of higher education, which combined with any post-secondary institute of a county board of vocational education to form a county college, is continued and shall be known as the board of governors and it shall have the powers, authority, rights and privileges, and be subject to the fiduciary and other duties, obligations and responsibilities set forth and expressed in this act. L.1982, c. 42, s. 3, eff. July 1, 1982.
