18A:64A-4. If a proposal for the establishment of a county college is to be submitted to the registered voters of the county, the county clerk shall have published at least 10 days before said general election notice thereof in a newspaper circulating in the county and the county clerk shall have printed or cause to be printed on the official ballot to be used at such general election the following: If you favor the proposition printed below, make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (!) mark in the square opposite the word "Yes." If you are opposed thereto, make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (!) mark in the square opposite the word "No." Yes.
