§ 18A:64A-33 — Additional members; establishment by more than one county
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
When a community college commission is established by more than one county, the number of public members shall be increased by two for each additional participating county. Each county shall also be represented by the county superintendent of schools. L.1974, c. 89, s. 4, eff. Aug. 29, 1974. Amended by L.1981, c. 329, s. 8, eff. Dec. 14, 1981.
