§ 18A:64A-30 — Community college agency; establishment
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
1.The board of chosen freeholders of any county which has not established a county college may, with the consent of the Commission on Higher Education, establish a community college agency. L.1974,c.89,s.1; amended 1994,c.48,s.150.
