§ 18A:64A-25.42. Appropriation of funds
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Funds for premiums required by the contract between the board of trustees and the governing body of the fund shall be appropriated and paid as set forth in the contract in the same manner as appropriations are made for other expenses of the county college. L. 1988, c. 144, s. 3.
