§ 18A:64A-25.35. County college insurance group

County college insurance group.
a.Any two or more county colleges may form and become members of a county college insurance group. A county college may take this action by resolution of the board of trustees of the county college. Through membership in a county college insurance group, a county college may participate in any joint self-insurance fund or funds, risk management programs or related services offered or provided by the group. The group shall have the power to establish a fund or funds for coverages authorized in section 2 of this act and to jointly purchase insurance or coverages under a master policy or contract of insurance for participating members.
