Text
Whenever two or more quotations or bids of equal amounts are the lowest quotations or bids submitted by responsible parties, the county college may award the contract to any one of such parties, as, in its discretion, it may determine. L.1982, c. 189, s. 20, eff. Jan. 1, 1983.
