4.The school shall employ northern, central and southern coordinators and hire appropriate professional staff to implement programs in music, dance, visual arts and creative writing in each of the 21 counties of the State. L.1969, c.95, s.4; amended 1983, c.244; 2000, c.115, s.4; 2010, c.87, s.23.
