§ 18A:60-11 — Inapplicability of act to faculty member with tenure prior to second day of 1973-74 school year
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The provisions of section 3 of this act shall not apply to any faculty member who shall have acquired tenure prior to the second day of the 1973-74 school year. L.1973, c. 163, s. 6, eff. July 1, 1973.
