§ 18A:6-66 — Rights and benefits of personnel
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Persons holding office, position or employment under a board of directors of a commission shall enjoy the same rights and benefits as are enjoyed by persons holding office, position, or employment under a public school district board of education. L.1968, c. 243, s. 16, eff. July 1, 1968.
