Text

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, all employees of the educational information and resource center shall serve at the pleasure of the board of directors. Certificated professional full-time employees shall be eligible for membership in the Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund established pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:66-1 et seq., and all other employees shall be members of the Public Employees' Retirement System established pursuant to P.L.1954, c. 84 (C. 43:15A-1 et seq.). Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, such persons shall be entitled to supplemental compensation upon retirement, as set forth in section 1 of P.L.1973, c. 130 (C. 11:14-9). L.1978, c. 58, s. 8, eff. June 29, 1978. Amended by L.1983, c. 186, s. 11, eff. July 1, 1983.
