Text

The first representative assembly shall organize upon the call of the county superintendent or county superintendents, as the case may be. Thereafter the representative assembly shall organize annually during the first week of June and meet at other times as necessary. The representative assembly shall elect, by a majority vote, from among its members a board of directors to serve until the next annual organization meeting. Upon election, the board of directors shall elect a president and vice president who shall also serve until the next organization meeting. L.1968, c.243, s.4; amended 1989,c.254,s.4.
