§ 18A:6-42 — Accounting; deposit of moneys
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner shall keep a true and correct account of all moneys received by him under the provisions of this article, and between the first and fifth days of each month deposit with the state treasurer all such moneys received by him during the then preceding calendar month. L.1967, c.271.
