18A:6-40. For the purposes of this article, the term "qualifying academic certificate" shall be deemed to be any certificate issued by the commissioner certifying that the person to whom the same is issued has had the preliminary academic education required by the rules of the supreme court or by any law of this State at the time the certificate is issued for admission to an examination for license to practice law, medicine, dentistry, podiatric medicine, pharmacy, or for license as a certified public accountant, and for any other profession or vocation for which a certificate of academic education, issued by the commissioner, is now or may hereafter be required by law or by the rules of the supreme court or certifying that the person to whom the same is issued has had the education requir
