Text
If any provision of this act shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be ineffective, such determination shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions thereof but shall be confined in its operation to the provisions directly involved in a controversy in which said determination shall have been rendered. L.1970, c. 211, s. 10, eff. Oct. 8, 1970.
