Upon application to, and approval by, the Superintendent of State Police security officers of public and nonprofit educational institutions of this State may be admitted to training courses conducted by the Division of State Police for State, county and municipal law enforcement officers, provided that the costs of such training as determined by the superintendent shall be paid to the State Treasurer by the private nonprofit institutions sending security officers to such training courses. L.1968, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 19, 1968.
