§ 18A:6-33.14. Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner shall promulgate pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 372, s. 9, eff. Nov. 26, 1985.
