Text
That the Commissioner of Education and the State Board of Education shall have the authority and responsibility under the provisions of this act to establish a grant program which would make funds available to preschool, elementary and secondary teachers interested in designing and implementing innovative educational ideas and techniques. L.1968, c. 93, s. 1, eff. June 21, 1968.
