Text
When the dismissal of any teaching staff member before the expiration of his contract with the board of education shall be decided, upon appeal, to have been without good cause, he shall be entitled to compensation for the full term of the contract, but it shall be optional with the board whether or not he shall continue to perform his duties for the unexpired term of the contract. L.1967, c.271.
