Text

Every witness shall be entitled to be paid for attendance, or attendance and travel, at any hearing, by the party on whose behalf he is subpoenaed, at the rates prescribed by law for attendance in the courts of this state in a civil action, before being required to testify and shall be entitled to all the privileges of a witness so subpoenaed. L.1967, c.271.
