§ 18A:6-19 — Administering of oaths
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
18A:6-19. Any member of any board of education, governing board or of any other board or any person, lawfully authorized to hold a hearing, may administer oaths to witnesses in such hearing, in any dispute or controversy under the school laws or the rules of the commissioner or of the State board, of which they or he have jurisdiction. Any person who has been so sworn and who shall testify falsely at such hearing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1967, c.271; amended 1994,c.48,s.49.
