§ 18A:6-124 — Regulations.

24.The State Board of Education shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), in accordance with an expeditious time frame, to set standards for the approval of evaluation rubrics for all teaching staff members, other than those included under the provisions of subsection b. of section 17 of P.L.2012, c.26 (C.18A:6-123). The standards at a minimum shall include: four defined annual rating categories: ineffective, partially effective, effective, and highly effective. L.2012, c.26, s.24.
