§ 18A:56-2 — Secretary of board; records
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The secretary of state shall be the secretary of the board of trustees. He shall record in a book to be kept for that purpose the proceedings of the board and the accounts to be furnished by the state treasurer as directed in this chapter. L.1967, c.271.
