Text

The board of education of a school district that has been given the approval to establish a Marine Academy of Science and Technology shall be permitted to: a. Acquire, obtain and provide physical facilities, equipment, and all other resources necessary to accommodate the needs of the institution; b. Enter into contracts and agreements with accredited institutions, governmental bodies, authorities and agencies at the local, county, State, and federal levels to carry out the purposes of this act; and c. Discharge such financial transactions as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1982, c. 146, s. 2, eff. Sept. 28, 1982.
