18A:54-9. When any such school other than a full-time day school shall have been established, there shall be paid to the board secretary or treasurer of school moneys, as appropriate, of the district maintaining the school on the order of the commissioner, an amount equal to that raised in the district for the establishment of the school, exclusive of the amount appropriated for the purchase of land or the erection of a building, which amount shall be paid by the State treasurer on the warrant of the director of the division of budget and accounting in the department of the treasury.
