§ 18A:54-6 — Approval of location, management and course of study
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Before any such school shall be established, the location and rules for the management of the school, the course or courses of study to be pursued therein, and all changes in such courses shall be approved by the commissioner, subject to the advice and consent of the state board. L.1967, c.271.
