§ 18A:54-38 — Establishment of New Jersey Council of County Vocational Schools
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
1.There is established a body corporate and politic, with corporate succession, to be known as the New Jersey Council of County Vocational Schools. A county vocational school established pursuant to chapter 54 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes may, upon the approval of its board of education, be a member of the council. L.1993,c.302,s.1.
