Text
Every county vocational school district board of education providing post secondary vocational-technical education shall, to the extent its facilities permit and subject to rules prescribed by the commissioner and approved by the State board, accept for post secondary vocational-technical education students who are residents of any other county in the State. L.1973, c. 333, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1974.
