Notwithstanding any provision of chapter 54 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes to the contrary, in all counties of the third class with a population greater than 80,000 but less than 105,000 as of the latest federal decennial census the board of education of the county vocational-technical school shall consist of at least five members to be appointed by the appointing authority of the county. L.1984, c. 165, s. 1, eff. Oct. 10, 1984.
