§ 18A:51-17 — Termination of participation
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Any board which has become a participant in any educational television organization may terminate its participation therein at the end of any school year by giving to such organization not less than 30 days' written notice of the board's withdrawal therefrom. L.1967, c.271.
