§ 18A:47-7 — Rules; courses of study
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Rules for the government and management of each such special school of instruction, and the course or courses of study to be pursued therein shall be prescribed by the board of education of the school district in which the school is established. The rules and courses of study, and any change therein, shall be submitted to the state board for approval. L.1967, c.271.
