§ 18A:46-46 — Treasurer of board of education
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board of education of any county special services school district may appoint a treasurer, who shall not be a member of the board of education, and fix his salary and term of office. The treasurer shall give bonds in such amounts and with such securities as the board shall determine. L.1971, c. 271, s. 18, eff. July 27, 1971.
