Text
A member of the board of education created under the provisions hereof shall be a citizen and a resident of the county, shall have been such citizen and resident for at least 2 years immediately preceding his becoming a member of the board, and shall have shown an interest in children with an unusual disability to learn or in the field of mental health. L.1971, c. 271, s. 8, eff. July 27, 1971.
